Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”):
Loop Funding Inc.'s (“Loop”) referral program (the “Program”) is available to everyone with an existing Lending Loop lender account, borrower account or credit monitoring account where the account is active and in good standing** (“you” or “Referrer"), who provides a complete eligible referral (“Referral”) of one or more qualifying borrowers (each a “Referred Party”).
To qualify a “Referred Party” must:
(i) not be a party who has previously applied for a loan from Loop and/or any of its affiliates;
(ii) meet Loop's borrower requirements; and
(iii) receive loan proceeds from Loop by February 19, 2020.
To receive a Referral Award for any Referral, you and each entity you refer must accept and comply with the Program Terms, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of Loop which are located at: https://my.lendingloop.ca/terms-of-service.
All Referrals must be made using the referral system at https://www.lendingloop.ca/customer-referral-program.
For each Referral you make that meets the Program Terms, you will receive either (a) a $500 gift card or (b) a cash bonus into your Lending Loop account, at the sole discretion of Loop (the “Referral Award”).
Within three (3) months of February 19, 2020, Loop will calculate the amount of payable Referral Awards and will credit the amount of all such Referral Awards to the accounts of the applicable Referrers or provide gift cards by mail or email. No alternate or substitute awards will be given in connection with the Program.
A Referror is not eligible for more than one Referral Award with respect to a Referred Party who resides at the same address or where the Referred Party is affiliated or related in any manner (e.g. a subsidiary, common ownership).
By submitting Referral Information, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the express consent of the Referred Party to provide the information to Loop for the purpose of Loop, and/or its affiliates, contacting the Referred Party to offer its products and services.
Loop assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website or referral system, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Referral Information to be received by Loop on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from this program. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner that does not comply with the Program Terms, you and all of your Referrals will be disqualified from this Program and any Referral Award that have been awarded will be forfeited and deducted from your account. You agree to abide by the Program Terms and the decisions of Loop, which are final. This Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The submission of false or fictitious Referral Information will result in forfeiture or disqualification of any Referral Awards under this Program.
Where a Referred Party is referred by more than one Referror, the first complete Referral received by Loop will be entitled to the Referral Award. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Loop shall be final and binding on each Referror.
Persons who have an existing agreement or contract with Loop and/or its affiliates, including its agents, employees and contractors and their respective agents, employees or contractors, are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Loop reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, extend or withdraw all or any elements of the Program at any time by posting a notice to https://www.lendingloop.ca/customer-referral-program and without obligation to award any future Referral Award.
** Active means for borrowers, they have an active loan or credit monitoring account with Loop and for lenders means they are verified and have deposited funds into a Lending Loop account..
